SHIPPING INFO: All items will be mailed through USPS either via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 2 business days of your purchase. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable amount of time (10 days or so), please make sure to check your tracking number, and contact the USPS to file a claim. God's Eye Creative Studio has no special superpowers to deal with the USPS. HOWEVER! If your package does not arrive, and a reasonable amount of time has passed, PLEASE email us at [email protected]. We will either issue you a refund, provided the tracking shows non-delivery of the package, or replace your shipment.
PICKUP INFO: If you live in or close to Glasgow, KY, and wish to pick up your art, please email me so we can arrange a pick-up date and time. [email protected]
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Refunds for original art work are given only if the item(s) is damaged when you receive it. If you receive your art in a damaged condition, please send a picture of the damaged item within 2 days of delivery to [email protected]. Indicate in the email whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement item. Replacement items are subject to availability. There are no additional charges to replace an item that you received in a damaged condition.
