SHIPPING INFO: All items will be mailed through USPS either via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 2 business days of your purchase. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable amount of time (10 days or so), please make sure to check your tracking number, and contact the USPS to file a claim. God's Eye Creative Studio has no special superpowers to deal with the USPS. HOWEVER! If your package does not arrive, and a reasonable amount of time has passed, PLEASE email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either issue you a refund, provided the tracking shows non-delivery of the package, or replace your shipment.
PICKUP INFO: If you live in or close to Glasgow, KY, you can elect to pick up your order at Green Street Gifts, 110 East Public Square, Glasgow KY. Phone: 270-629-6463. Since the shop hours can change, please call for that information. Pick-up items will be ready for you at Green Street Gifts within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email when it is ready for pick up. MAKE SURE that you use the coupon code PICKUP when you check out. This lets us know to get your order to the shop AND will take 10% off your order since we don't have to ship. You must pick up your order within 10 business days. After 10 days, orders will be picked up from the shop and held until the buyer confirms a pick-up date. If you need more time, email email@example.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Refunds for original art work (such as glass art, jewelry, resin items) are given only if the item(s) is damaged when you receive it. If you receive your art in a damaged condition, please send a picture of the damaged item within 2 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate in the email whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement item. Replacement items are subject to availability. There are no additional charges to replace an item that you received in a damaged condition.

If the item was picked up at Green Street Gifts, the buyer must return the item there to avoid shipping charges.
